Not sure if you worked in small / midsize co's, but mgt often not lots of time to follow posts on investor forums.

Agree they need a market/sales/brand mgr(s). Have said frequently.

I begin with premise posters are either long, short or waiting, or just have spare time. If long then sharing informed thoughts / critiques to mgt serves co.

I dont have a 'relationship' but have had emails responded to , and had 1 call.

Have been critical and shared many issues w past, releases, and related.

Bottom line, i still see shares moving back to .003-.004 as they move forward as a spec. To go further needs what most know... results, sales, market visibility, media/social/web cleaned up, shares/debt control.

I think this company is all top heavy...I bet you there are very little employees actually doing floor work!!!

Here is an idea. I nominate justhefax to be representative of this group chat, to the company.

Since you have already opened communication with them, and apparently have a rapport going already, you can funnel all of the ideas to them, and report the results back to the group.

OFC I jest. Their media people (lol person) should be monitoring and reporting back thoughts and vibes from all of the active groups and media sources like 'X', Facebook, Instagram, etc.

They do not know how to create buzz and they will probably pay another firm a large chunk of shareholder money for another failed campaign.

i hope that the observations and recommendations are being emailed to mgt.

I don't think they are idiots and spinning wheels. My sense is they have lots on their plates with 3 aquisitions, share/debt issues, relaunching and launching products.

i hope they succeed. My points are focused on bringing in serious NEW board, advisor, or mgt with resource $, market/ small co growth ,sales beverage experience, celebrity etc.

They have pieces in place... but ( like issue before) need to create buzz, market 'wings', visibility and sales.

They had excellent flavors with their old HighDrate lineup. This management is clueless as evident by getting rid of great products. The new lineup should be in addition to what they carried before.

well I don't know much about web sites except that it was easier for me to navigate on surge dist than others, and being Kona/covert already have a relationship with, will make it easy to add the Kona products soon which is IN process.

That's not the point. I don't use Covert products and likely never will. KG had good products and now they're MIA. The web presence is amateurish at best and now they specifically point you to a place that "plays a crucial role in facilitating the distribution of Kona Gold's products, ensuring wider accessibility to consumers across various markets" that doesn't even have KG listed as a partner. It's lame.

Red bull and the monster drinks are still delicious and dominating the power drinks market!!!

I am looking for more dilution that takes this back down into the trips. I see the OS now sets over 3B. Watch it slowly climb toward 5.6B, A boat load of convertible debt still remains.

looking for news that goes to sales, or deals w entities w no history to legacy, maybe a board member of stature...

They have consolidated all past... product, diatribution, production.

Now time for a real sales move w serious experienced sales person/team and marketing/ad/ media.

i do not think mgt is 'same old', but only moves free from past and $ results will convince many... understandably.

Looking at .0002 to .0003 myself. It might even hit .0001. Just my opinion.

Bought at 18 and sold at 55. Missed the peak, but I have seen this one do this so many times, that I took my money and ran. (Didn't bet the farm on it either, just play money)

Bollinger band low is .0008, but IMO if it can stay between .0011 and .0015 for more than a week or two, then it might be a speculative buy for the next company pump cycle. Don't take my advice to buy this pig though. Do your own DD.

That's what I've been thinking ever since I saw this thing tanking down from 63 to 50.... after 50 I lost faith...when it went to 40...30...20...10.... I knew it was a pump and dump...now we are close to the 9ssss.... danger zone!!!!

The same people that are selling are the ones buying. Like I said they will trade this back down to nothing. Unless Kgkg does something to suck up those shares this is what bagholders like us are stuck with. This will only push away legitimate investors. Thus making the company worthless to everyone except insiders.
