Spain's Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas SA (FCC.MC) Wednesday said it will issue EUR450 million in convertible bonds.

In a Spanish regulatory filing, the construction company said the bonds will pay a coupon between 5.5% and 6% and have a maturity of 2014.

The company said the bonds will be exchangeable for FCC common stock according to terms still be defined by the issue's joint lead managers Barclays Bank PLC and Societe Generale SA.
