Residuano, pertanto, in circolazione 549.800 Warrant, che potranno essere esercitati nel successivo periodo di esercizio tra il 1° ottobre 2021 e il 15 ottobre 2021 compresi.

Il capitale sociale di Powersoft - spiega una nota - rimane pari a 1.158.747,23 composto da 11.066.036 azioni ordinarie prive di valore nominale.
