Someone's pockets are being filled, but not the average folks trying to make some extra money, the SEC is just as complicit, either being they oblivions or inapt and or the take. To many OTC company's get away with lies, stock deluding , pumping and dumping and false and misleading PR's the agency is corrupt , they must get kick-backs under the table to turn a blind eye and allow that many scam companies to continue operating with no repercussions. No one can be this incompetent on their jobs. Unless they are simply turning a blind eye and not willing to to what they are getting pad-for. Why have an agency for oversite if ignorance is the norm.

it's interesting that they proclaim to have these great products that are so sought after, but according to their quarterly reports no one is buying their wonderful products.

They have losses 4-times more than sales Every time they sale the product that comes free from the ground and ONE-employee this supposedly automated Factory still manages to screw things-up for losses. They have publicly from their PR's claimed so many deals that even if 30% of that was actually true and not BS sales would have been more than a hotdog-stand and not be in the hole as much financially as they are. But when you have no clue on how to run a business and you misappropriate funds for the fake advertising and promotions and what ever other expenses the CEO claims to have for operations then the losses will continue mount-up. Why do you all thing the CEO would not do or allow a legitimate/credible accounting firm to Audit the Company ? this reads scam allover-it, But with the discount share scam that they sell for friends and insiders and with billions more share available to play their games of stock sales/dumping they will continue the game of pump and dump and false and misleading PR"s that never amount to anything but BS. INKW will never be anything more than a failure. The CEO has proven himself to be a con artist. I never expected the company to make money on the first years of lunching its products. They have a product that could have done good. However they never established a local market for their product. They supposedly made and or have all this deals, but sadly sales are less than a local hotdog stand. INKW and its CEO have proven that they are full of BS PR’s that never come to light. The CEO is a smooth talking conman. INKW will not allow a legitimate accounting firm, nothing to hide here, what joke. They will not do any advertising to bring product awareness. The CEO has no clue or the desire for this to be successful. The company is losing thousands daily and with only one employee no matter what they keep bragging about having all the deals set-up sales can’t grow without any employees and distribution set in place. The only thing INKW has proven is that it has the ability to keep dumping shares. But after over 60 years of failure and a track record of never being profitable not even for one month in its entire existence how does any reasonable person think they will change their ways. This is a stock that I am likely getting back into. The negative sentiment on this board is questionable though, but I am curious... Is this more to do with buying in at the wrong time/not selling?

If any of you remember, back when Crown King ran his pump to $0.0198, there were INKW partners who dumped right along with Crown King. And of course, back when it bounced off of $0.15 briefly, there was several large dumps by partners. All old news.

This is an OTC that I have made money from. Not record hauls, but decent ROI. I've been in and out of this stock at least 5 times over the years.

I am very much aware of the last offering and the 10B A/S both of which I do not like.

Gross margin increased. Net loss decreased. This is at least something positive worth mentioning.

Yes, I too feel that Lenny isn't a good fit to be running a PTC. It would have been really interesting if the rumors of new management would have been more than just rumors.

I will be watching this one and waiting for the right opportunity to get back in. I am not interested in bashers or pumpers. I would like to see some factual responses coupled with reality.
