The entire market has been shorted to death except for Berkshire Hathaway they don't have the balls to F with Buffet. That $3.50 wdhi for every two shares of hnrc was just a late money grab for POS Frank. I've been in a couple spinoffs they were completed no than four months. Frank will slither away with no punishment because who only stole from 99%ers. Example is SBF and Madoff steal from the rich you go to jail otherwise it's ok to steal retails money

I agree with you. They need to make some major moves very soon if we are to make a comeback of any sorts.

Not a problem, I am heavily invested in this company and it has been a long haul. My biggest issue is in my opinion, poor communication from the CEO, not very frequent nor have they come thru with what they have noted such as spin off of WDHI. They have purchased multiple companies, increased revenues and net earnings, but O/S have increased dramatically and EPS has gone down. They have no LT debt which is good and it appears that they have made some good acquisitions of different companies, but the stock price is in the toilet and I do not foresee any improvement going forward. Hopefully, this next podcast will shed some more information on the company outlook.

Excellent lesson, but I was using the term loosely.

A company only becomes worthless when it becomes bankrupt. There are companies that show a zero or negative net worth on a balance sheet, but they only become worthless once the company is liquidated, if the liabilities are more than the assets. Example, a company can show zero or negative net worth, but that can be misleading, typically, assets are valued at cost or market, whichever is lowest. Real estate, especially land, buildings, etc. are valued at cost or market, whichever is lower. Now, buildings get depreciated over many years, so your basis drops every year, but in reality, if the property is maintained, it obviously is worth more than your basis after depreciation, in fact, it is worth probably worth a lot more than what you paid for it, as well as the land. I could give other examples as well, but one sample at a time.

Navigating an OTC company is very difficult. Despite what some want or wish for this stock, we are still alive and I believe we will come through this storm. I can't imagine the company has gone through all of these deals only to end up as a worthless company.
