Director/PDMR Shareholding
S&U plc announces that it has received notice that Chris
Redford (Group Finance Director) has today sold 1,500 ordinary
shares in the market and Tina Redford, wife of Chris Redford and a
PCA, has today sold 3,800 ordinary shares in the market. Following
these transactions, the beneficial shareholding of Chris Redford is
11,000 ordinary shares.
The information set out below is provided in accordance with the
