Itaconix (AIM: ITX) (OTCQB: ITXXF), a leading innovator in sustainable plant-based polymers used to decarbonise everyday consumer products , announces that Yvon Durant, Chief Technology Officer of the Company, purchased 17,300 ordinary shares in the Company on 27 October 2023 at $1.70 per ordinary share.

Following this purchase, Yvon Durant holds 127,789 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.95% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
