On February 13, 2023, Seven Hills Realty Trust, or the Company, issued a press release regarding the Company’s results of operations and financial condition for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2022 and also provided certain supplemental operating and financial data for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2022.
