PowerShares Dynamic Europe Portfolio (Symbol: PEH) PEH seeks to track the QSG Active Europe Index, which is comprised of 250 stocks of European companies selected on the basis of their capital appreciation potential as identified by Quantitative Services Group, LLC pursuant to a proprietary quantitative methodology. PowerShares Dynamic Asia Pacific Portfolio (Symbol: PUA) PUA seeks to track the QSG Asia-Pacific Opportunities Index, which is comprised of 125 stocks of Asia Pacific companies selected on the basis of their capital appreciation potential as identified by the Quantitative Services Group, LLC pursuant to a proprietary quantitative methodology. PowerShares Global Water Portfolio (Symbol: PIO) PIO seeks to track the Palisades Global Water Index(TM), a modified equal- dollar weighted index comprised of publicly traded global water companies listed on a major international stock exchange whose business stands to benefit substantially from the quantity and/or quality issues associated with the global management of water resources.
