Dollar Strengthens Ahead Of U.S. New Home Sales Data

(RTTNews) - The U.S. new home sales data for June is to be released at 10:00 am ET Thursday. Before the data, the greenback advanced against the other major currencies.
The greenback was worth 1.6973 against the pound, 0.9027 against the franc, 1.3465 against the euro and 101.78 against the yen at 9:55 am ET.
