Grant of Options
Xeros Technology Group plc (AIM: XSG, 'Xeros'), the developer
and provider of polymer based technologies with multiple commercial
applications announces that on 16 January 2018, the Board of Xeros
granted share options over a maximum of 500,000 ordinary shares at
an exercise price of 225 pence each to Mark Nichols, Chief
Executive of the Company, and share options over a maximum of
300,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 225 pence each to
Paul Denney, Chief Financial Officer, all under the terms of Xeros'
existing share option schemes.
Following the grant of these options Mark Nichols has 2,000,000
options, and owns no other ordinary shares in the Company. Paul
Denney now has 800,000 options, and owns no other ordinary shares
in the Company.
