Transaction in own shares
XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading provider of digital performance
marketing, announces that, in accordance with the terms of its
share buyback programme announced on 18 December 2018 it purchased
108,800 ordinary shares of USD 0.000001 each in the capital of the
Company (the "Shares") in the market at a volume weighted average
price of GBp 74.09 per Ordinary Share through Joh. Berenberg,
Gossler & Co. KG, London Branch ("Berenberg"). The Shares
acquired will be held in treasury.

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 108,800
Lowest price paid per share (GBp): 74.00
Highest price paid per share (GBp): 74.50
Volume weighted average price paid per share
(GBp): 74.09
Following the purchase of these shares, the number of ordinary
shares in issue will be 218,703,097 (excluding treasury shares),
and the company will hold 1,649,305 ordinary shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total voting rights in XLMedia will be 218,703,097.
This figure for the total number of voting rights may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they
will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation), the table below contains
