Notice of Annual General Meeting

Volga Gas plc (the "Company"), the oil and gas exploration and production group operating in the Volga Region of Russia, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are expected to be posted to shareholders today, 24 April 2019.

The 2018 Annual Report and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are now available for download from the Company's website at www.volgagas.com .

The Company's 2019 Annual General Meeting is to take place at 10.00 AM on Monday, 20 May 2019 in the office of Baring Vostok at 2(nd) floor, 25 Old Burlington Street, London W1S 3AN.
