Ultrasis plc, the London-listed interactive healthcare group, and Florida-based
Health Integrated. have today signed a three year license agreement for Health
Integrated to use Ultrasis' Relief Series. Health Integrated will initially use
the applications in the provision of Depression Disease Management services
covering more than one million health plan members in the U.S.

Health Integrated is one of the America's fastest growing healthcare companies
serving HMOs, Governments and Employer Groups by reducing costs and improving
patient outcomes through the provision of disease management, complex case
management, and utilization management services to payers.

Health Integrated's unique focus on integrating behavioural (Mental) health with
medical healthcare and its ability to work as a partner to provide comprehensive
customized solutions for its clients have resulted in cost savings to payers as
high as 39% and employee absence reductions for employers as much as 25%. Health
Integrated also provides key expertise and operational support for health plans
in fully integrating behavioural health management services into their medical
management programs.

The company's patient-focused approach is designed to eliminate fragmentation in
care and has produced dramatic expense reduction and improved outcomes for its
growing list of clients in Europe and the United States.

Commenting on the agreement, Graham Lewis, Ultrasis CEO, said " This is our
third US agreement and it clearly marks us on the US map. Moving our products
into the area of case management is also important as it demonstrates the wider
scope of application of Ultrasis' products. This coupled with our recent success
in applying the Relief Series to the UK NHS is very pleasing indeed".

Ultrasis recently signed an agreement with The Learning Foundation (Warrington,
England) to provide its internet delivered solutions to NHS patients in the
North West of England suffering from anxiety, depression, stress and insomnia.
The Learning Foundation plans to use the on-line Relief Series together with
Ultrasis' clinically proven computerised therapy programme for depression
"Beating the Blues".
