announces that on 23 January 2018 the Company purchased for
cancellation 34,058 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 227p
per share.
Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting
rights in issue in the Company is now 211,281,455.
The above figure (211,281,455) may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
