Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

The Board of Directors of TRIG announces that it has published today a supplementary prospectus dated 23 February 2017 (the "Second Supplementary") which, together with the supplementary prospectus published by the Company on 18 August 2016, supplements the prospectus published by the Company on 27 April 2016 in relation to a Share Issuance programme of up to 300 million New Ordinary Shares and/or C Shares, of which 208 million remain available for issuance.

The Second Supplementary has been issued following publication of the Company's report and accounts for the financial year ending 31 December 2016 (the "2016 Report and Accounts"), certain information from which is incorporated by reference into the Second Supplementary.

Copies of the Second Supplementary and the 2016 Report and Accounts have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM shortly, as well as on the Company's website at www.trig-ltd.com.
