Notification of Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2016 Preliminary Financial Results

TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") announces that its preliminary consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2016 will be published on Friday, 24 February, 2017.

The management team will host a conference call on the day to discuss the results. Full details of the event will be published in due course.
