TERRA CATALYST FUND 
Investment Update 
Terra Catalyst Fund (the "Company") (AIM:TCF) today announces that as a result 
of the cash offer for the share capital of Spazio Investments N.V. ("Spazio") 
made by Terra European Investments B.V. ("TEI"), the Company has invested 
GBP32.5 million in TEI representing 45.8 per cent. of TEI's issued share 
capital. 
Laxey Partners Limited, the Company's investment manager, now controls 71.4 per 
cent. of the Spazio Ordinary Shares in issue on behalf of funds managed by it.
