Integumen (AIM: SKIN), announces that, at the General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were passed.

The sub-division, whereby each existing ordinary share of 1p is sub-divided into one new ordinary share of 0.01p and one deferred share of 0.99p, takes effect from 6.00pm today.
