Science in Sport plc (AIM: SIS), the premium performance nutrition company serving elite athletes, sports enthusiasts, and the active lifestyle community, announces that a total of 9,852,866 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued and allotted in relation to the exercise of options in respect of the Company's LTIP scheme.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 9,852,866 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to take place at 8.00 am on 4 January 2024 and dealings in the shares will commence at that time.

The Company's total issued share capital immediately following admission will consist of 182,272,607 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per share. The above figure of 182,272,607 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company following admission.
