Principals Increase Shareholdings
The Company notes that principals and staff of its Investment Manager,
Tufton Investment Management Ltd ("Tufton"), acquired 225,000
ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on
7 February 2024. Tufton Shareholders* now hold
directly or beneficially 12,169,702 shares compared with 11,210,831
shares as at 30 June 2023. Tufton Shareholders now hold 4.2% of the
issued share capital in the Company compared with 3.7% as at 30
June 2023.
