NOTICE OF DELISTING

Santander UK plc (the "Issuer")

EUR14,000,000 Capital at risk Variable Interest and Equity Linked Automatic Early Redemption Notes due December 2021

(the "N&C Securities")

This notice relates to the above mentioned N&C Securities of the Issuer (which were originally issued by Abbey National Treasury Services plc) under the information memorandum relating to the Global Structured Solutions Programme dated 3 April 2014 as supplemented from time to time (the "IM") and the final terms relating to the N&C Securities dated 17 December 2014 (the "Final Terms").

Notice is hereby given that the Issuer has repurchased the entire aggregate principal amount outstanding of the N&C Securities and requests that Euronext Dublin delist the N&C Securities in a principal amount of GBP14,000,000 with immediate effect and that consequently following such delisting the aggregate principal amount of the N&C Securities issued and listed will be reduced to GBP0.
