SpaceandPeople announces that it has been notified that following the acquisition of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 3 and 4 October 2018, Mr. Gerald Oury is now beneficially interested in 840,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.30% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company. The legal title is held on Mr Oury's behalf by his nominee, Rock Nominees Limited.
