("MYCELX" or the "Company")
Application for Block Admission
An application for block admission has been made for 300,000
common shares of US$0.025 each ("Common Shares") in the Company
("Block Admission Shares") which will be issued from time to time
in accordance with the rules of the Company's Omnibus Performance
Incentive Plan 2011.
The Block Admission Shares will rank pari passu in all respects
with the existing issued Common Shares of the Company and it is
expected that admission will become effective on 3 October
2017.
The Company will provide notifications when there are changes to
the issued share capital, in order for shareholders to calculate
whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change
to their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
