Issue of shares and total voting rights

The Company announces that, following the exercise of warrants by warrant holders, application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 2,678,516 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on or around 4 September 2018.

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise of 181,914,224 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each with voting rights in the Company. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in the interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
