Emerging Market Minerals (AIM: EMM), the AIM listed uranium, thorium, base and precious metals and gemstones exploration and development company operating in Madagascar, announces that, on 28 August 2015, the Company received notification from Merydion Corporation Limited that it is interested in 4,970,264 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing approximately 12.60 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
