Grant of Share Options

Koovs plc (AIM: KOOV), the fashion business focused on the young e-commerce market in India, announces that Mary Turner, Non-Executive Director, has today been granted options over 60,277 ordinary shares in the Company, in line with the Company's other Non-Executive Directors. These share options were granted with an exercise price of 150 pence per share, being the price at which the shares were offered to investors at the time of the admission to trading on AIM. These share options will vest on 29 July 2019.
