Maaren exercised 19,694 Jupiter Long Term Incentive Plan options
granted in 2014 ("LTIP") and 13,915 Jupiter Deferred Bonus Plan
options granted in 2014 ("DBP") (the "Options Exercised") over
ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company. The Options
Exercised were sold on 12 April 2017.
