NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION BY A DIRECTOR/PERSON DISCHARGING
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc (the "Company") was notified on
14 August 2018, that on 13 August 2018, the Trustees of the
Company's All Employee Share Plan ("the Plan") allocated shares of
GBP0.05 each in the Company ("Shares") to each of the following
Directors of the Company/Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities in the Company ("PDMRs") as set out below:

These Shares have been acquired by the Trustees of the Plan (the
"Trustees") by way of market purchase at a price of 1431p per
Share. The Plan is an HMRC approved All Employee Share Ownership
Scheme.

found below. This announcement is made in accordance with the
requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation
