Result of Annual General Meeting
At the Annual General Meeting held yesterday afternoon, the ordinary
resolutions for the adoption of the 2008 accounts, the reappointment of the
Company's auditors and for directors to agree the auditors' remuneration, and
the special resolution to change the Company's name to Directex Realisations
plc were passed unanimously on a show of hands.
The ordinary resolutions to re-elect Martin Kiersnowski and David Cicurel as
directors and the
special resolution to cancel the Company's admission to
trading on AIM did not receive the requisite majority on a show of hands and
were put to a poll.
