Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (IDS) announces that following the conclusion of a formal competitive tendering process overseen by the IDS Audit Committee, the IDS Board is pleased to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PWC") as the IDS Group's independent auditor for the financial year ending 31 March 2019, effective immediately.

Ernst & Young LLP ("EY") has confirmed that there are no circumstances connected with its resignation which it considers should be brought to the attention of members or creditors of IDS.

The Board of IDS would like to thank EY for its service over the years.
