Last year, MJNE filed 05/05/2023.

Last year, UCLE filed 05/12/2023.

10-KT should be filed by 05/15, before the due date for the NT 10-Q extension.

Fruci has always met this due date.

Could it be that some accounts (like MJNE, UCLE) take longer to audit than others?

Fruci also picked up several new clients this year, which could be delaying them further.

This is all assuming the delay is due to Fruci.

They can turn on the buy algo again for the next big catalyst. Audited financials.

No change to share structure since.

They can take this again from .007 to .07+ in Apr-May upon 10-KT filing.

May 31, 2025 chosen as maturity date for both of Trillium's convertible notes.

May 31, 2025 is also the due date for 2025 Q1 10-Q filing (with extension).

Fruci was late with MJNE last year.

10-K filed 05/05 before NT 10-Q 05/15.

Fruci was late with UCLE last year as well.

10-K filed 05/12 before NT 10-Q 05/16.

Seems as if SEC won't allow extensions for a subsequent filing if the preceding hasn't yet been filed.

Fruci is good about meeting deadlines for filing extensions.

Thus they need to get this 10-KT filed by 05/15 at the very latest.
