No doubt he uplisted to complete a deal/deals. Hopefully, he has other options, a plan B, he was working on.

I am not aware of any income or revenue stream for WDDD, so it is difficult to say how long the company can hang on before slipping into bankruptcy.

Furthermore, the more desperate the situation is for WDDD, the worse the terms for them will be, if a deal is struck with some other entity.

There is not a lot of selling, I’ll take that as a good sign.

I think I'll get a better deal than with Jordan Freeman Group, retro games were a good option, but I suppose low monetization, I prefer a merger with a "hotter" sector, WDDD is one of the best shells of the OTC, let's be patient, this is a nice and long journey... 1, 2 or 3 $ with this structure is possible 😎😎

Of course. There isn't much to go on Reddit. I pinned my hopes on this partnership bringing Worlds back online. I've been a "lurker" for sometime.

His alias/account was created in the past few days, when the PR came out about the deal falling apart.

I've lost access to Worlds. Been down since Aug. 11th. I'm also having trouble finding where Freeman was given millions of shares. Where is the link?

I believe there will be weakness in the share price this week, for those willing to take the risk.

Hopefully, he has other deals he is working on. Too bad the Zoom deal fell apart. It may have been a nice catalyst to start moving this up.

Isn't Freeman's whole business revenue sharing? The website is full of other companies' games. Probably why Worlds wanted it.

As you pointed out earlier, putting out a press release before a deal is executed is a pretty desperate move. It's hard to believe Thom has anything else.

Let's hope there were other deals in the pipeline. My guess would be that the Zoom deal was the bigger or more lucrative deal, which is why Kidrin pursued it first.

They are, but the name of the restaurant was “Escargot “. Although French it’s served everywhere. Coquille San Jacques is also French, but I’ve had it in NYC and other places. The restaurant in Barcelona had the best bread and butter to dunk in the Garlic sauce. Very good. JMHO

Just speculation, but could have been a disagreement about revenue sharing. Not enough meat on the bone for Freeman and the Zoom Platform, so he walked?

Thom can't enter into an agreement where there is little to no profits for WDDD and shareholders, which includes himself.

That was really the underlying question here - where would the profits come from and how would they be shared?

What did each entity bring to the deal? According to the recent PR, Zoom was bringing a product and WDDD provided the shell corporation with more visibility, access to the markets and investment. Also, likely some assistance with product development etc.

Wonder if he's a repeat offender with WDD and MRMD. There is more than meets the eye here. Likely just needs a little digging.

Additionally, there is a lot less scrutiny in pennyland than if it was a megacap stock.

Did anyone lose a large sum of $$ due to the "premature" announcement? Probably not. At best $10k or less. Doubtful the SEC would waste time or resources on such an event, when time alone will take care of the issue, as the company slips into bankruptcy (unless there are other deals on the table - which at this time does not appear to be the case).

If World's were a profitable company, then yes, they could be in for some legal issues. But what can someone do at this point - sue a bankrupt company? Not a viable legal strategy.

Thom seems to operate in the gray areas, on occasion. His departure from MRMD, was also under "cloudy" circumstances.

For those seeking to buy on weakness or pick up cheap shares, there should be some bargains here this week.

Just for the record, I wouldn't suggest buying up to .70.

Wherever the eggs may be, it appears that they are now scrambled eggs.

Interesting, how L4BC appears here out of no where, (of course dazzles everyone with his never ending success - travel, riches, and taste for high end whiskey - the subtle pump to draw in bag holders).

Of course he whines about being misquoted in the past, etc. Here is a recent quote, that is fresh in everyone's memory, and this did not age well.

"WDDD is gearing up. I feel very comfortable in my past predictions and anything up to .70/share still feels good to me for adding."

In another recent post, "I remain unconcerned. It will take a strong stomach but I will make substantial gains here."

He also stated "If they finally get the courage to pull the trigger...good on them. I just wouldn't add above .70." More pumping to induce the weak minded to buy high.

The statements about buying up to .70 and adding low are in conflict. He suggests to buy up to .70, but if it doesn't work out, he has the excuse that "he prefers to add low."

For a stock that was trading at .025, buying up to .70 is quite a stretch.

But in all fairness, this time he did add a qualifier or two, in that he said, "I will always prefer to add low but .70 is my personal highest I will add here." (This is what sparked some criticism in the past, his suggestion of buying up to .70, while some others suggested buying on the cheap). He also mentioned this is still a speculative stock.

He also stated "We all get to choose who we listen to." Fortunately he has a small audience and hopefully not too many folks followed his timely and sage advice!
