Oh dear, now the bickering starts. Ask yourselves, 'Why would anyone buy this company'. At face value it is a gift at $50,000 to get a listing, but would any buyer want that price to inflate with the new product's success? Any increase in value of shares that you own would be tantamount to an increase in price for the buyer. Why should they even consider that as a sensible option. It's like on ebay, 'sold as seen'.

It seems that you are correct
Supposedly Kidron has been talking with interested parties though they can’t agree on
what the values are
Nothing to do but watch
Would be a willing buyer but nothing but silence from the ceo to shareholders
That’s part of the problem kidron is not a good promoter of his own company
If people start talking about wddd others might notice

The problem here is Kidren doesnt really have a product, so he needs to partner with an entity that has a product and needs a vehicle to launch it.

Kidren has a clean shell with a favorable share structure, which could be attractive to an emerging company.

But so far, nothing has materialized. I guess we came close with the Freeman deal, but it didnt work out.

Sometimes both parties want too much. There has to be some meat on the bine for everyone.

The uplisting was a positive to attract investors and or bankers to incorporate into wddd
Kidron challenge in trying to convince both parties there is value in doing it
We will see
Still high speculation but worth hanging around for risk takers

Made lots of money in the markets the last 10 year though anyone that was
in did too
So 25k on a flyer that can make a few million is worth a shot
Have seen crazier things happen over time
We will have to wait and see bc kidron is still talking to people

There definitely seems to be some hesitation between the banker/investors and the client though some of it
seemed to be the market/tariffs so little of all the above
There still is a chance though as in any deal the buyer wants a good deal for their investors and seller sometimes wants more then they
probably should get
we will see

WDDD has little to offer, other than a clean shell and favorable share structure. The tech is useless as the patents have been deemed invalid.

It's like parting out a junk car. Some parts are still worth something, before it goes to the crusher.

I see, issue is, these kind of deals do not take this long to close. Unless there is a difficulty in raising funds. Or if your agent or deal maker doesn't exhibit much eagerness..
Just saying.. don't you believe this is a total fantasy play?

Maybe even though he has not been a good ceo
He put the mrmd deal together and it did go to $4
Tried to win wddd patent case and ran into a corrupt judge and bad timing
Also the freeman deal though fell apart bc freeman was stupid
It’s a shot with only money that can lost and no one loses any sleep over it

Hopefully, Thom can put a deal together before this slides into bankruptcy. I would think we are getting close to that. The company can't continue forward, much longer, without revenue.

Some deal (a lifejacket) is better than no deal.

Kidron supposedly had a few deals in the work obviously nothing has transpired
Maybe a bad closer maybe timing of the tariffs
There is still a few long shots
Still holding a large position however until we hear something from kidron not an aggressive buyer
The market uncertainty may have made some looking to play with a penny stock hesitant
Keeping my fingers crossed

No doubt kidron was trying to cut some deals and still is not sure if the market backed a few people off
But as someone said he can’t close though
Wddd won’t be delisted it will be moved down to a different exchange and will take 3 months to do so
if wddd doesn’t trade above a penny in that time period
still hopeful here but only buy what you can afford to lose it high speculation
It’s worth a shot for some
