Again, the 8K is very clear that Astra is the one receiving the $5,000,000.00 plus interest and 40% of the new company with senior market listing probably over $5.00 per share and Astra still owing the patents to the Regreen technology. Ron and his team have executed a great deal for Astra and its shareholders. IMO This deal alone makes ASRE stock valued over $1.00 share without the other divisions. The other divisions are going great and with all 3 in motion, the sky is the limit on the future value of ASRE shares.

How can we debate Holcomb’s sudden discovery of reactive power and his foolish measurements of capacitors ?

If one thinks critically about his coils and his magnets and his bullshit “electrical steel”, that certainly won’t be our future power. If alien spaceships are visiting us, they certainly aren’t dragging around heavy magnets, too much mass.

Our future power is going to be derived from some type of yet unknown power supply or power generation device that has very little mass, but creates obscene amounts of energy.

Indeed, any forthcoming statement from Loudoun would likely be nothing more than his usual brand of spin—empty words crafted to mask failure. Let’s be honest: ASRE’s track record over the past few years has been a relentless cycle of broken promises, botched ventures, and utter incompetence.

If there’s any “news” on the horizon, it’s far more plausible that it involves an impending delisting rather than some miraculous turnaround. The market isn’t buying Loudoun’s fiction anymore—and with good reason.

Speaking of the Holcomb lawsuits, one can’t help but wonder—how’s that bankruptcy judgment holding up? No doubt still hanging over their heads like the Sword of Damocles.

Holcomb is in a no win position with his fraudulent tech. That court case merely sets aside the DEFAULT judgement, incurred because Holcomb's defense team had ceased to represent a hopeless case. This is not the end of the matter. I know nothing about the landlord involved- he may be a felon as you suggest but that would not be a factor in an eviction case due to non payment of rent.

Another Win for Holcomb. Some of these bashers are so clueless. Plaintiffs going into court with dirty hands with forgery plus being an ex-felon already does not produce positive results.

I don't read it that way. It seems to me that the defense team asked for and were granted permission to withdraw from the case, presumably because they have not been paid and the eviction order has been set aside to allow a new defense team to be employed. The state of affairs that led to the eviction order have not changed and if a new team is not in place within a reasonable time i expect the judgement to be reinstated.

Thank you for your informative reply explaining your history with this stock. The very last thing i wish to to do is to be offensive in any way to you as you have always been polite to me but if your friend swallowed the hogwash that Holcomb comes out with, then his credentials in electrical engineering are useless. Ask any professional, what have you got to lose? There is a long history of these scams going back several hundred years and they NEVER work.

Indeed, a proper test, if successful would be worth billions. Now why do you think this has never been done? I know why.

I am an investor but still have my doubts. I live a good distance from Sarasota (22 hours round trip) or else would have already visited the facility. Can you contact Dr. Holcomb and ask to do a stand alone hot plate test for a few hours using a battery, charger, and invertor in conjunction with an ILPG? If so, I'll gladly throw in a couple of dollars to purchase off the shelf equipment. A standard lead acid battery and mechanically switched hot plate, nothing exotic. If this is done and shown to be successful under full video it would change everything.

FYI, I am just a shareholder that ran into the HES system by accident at the boat show that was behind another vender's booth. I am the one that asked all the questions and the one that pushed my way for an invite to see the system again bringing a friend with electrical engineering experience with me. Yes, my friend and I do own shares and totally still believe in a positive future for all 3 divisions of Astra. I can also tell you we don't post anything here at the request of Astra or anyone else. You're bashing as a Non shareholder is very puzzling. It's very simple for me, If I no longer believed in Astra's future, it takes me a few seconds to start selling and move on, even at a loss is ok because I have very large gains in many other positions. What I would not do for my mental health is stay and bash a company and people I have no skin in.
