Payment of 2021 Final Dividend in Sterling

Hunting PLC (LSE : HTG) the international energy services group today announces the foreign exchange conversion rate to Sterling for the final dividend to be paid to shareholders on 13 May 2022.

At the Company's Annual General Meeting on 20 April 2022, shareholders approved the Directors' recommendation to declare and pay a final dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2021 of 4.0 cents per share.

The conversion rate has been determined by taking the average US dollar/Sterling exchange rate between 26-28 April 2022, resulting in a final exchange rate to be applied of US$1.2590 to GBP1.

The final Sterling dividend to be paid to shareholders will therefore be:

3.1771 pence per ordinary share
