eServGlobal (LSE: ESG.L & ASX: ESV.AX), a pioneering digital transactions technology company, announces that it has appointed Tulchan Communications LLP as a retained communications advisor.

Tulchan has been appointed to support the Company as it considers strategic options to drive value for the business. Alma PR will continue to provide financial public relations support to eServGlobal.
