Return of Capital
The Board of Directors of EIH is pleased to announce that
following the receipt of a distribution from EIF of US$ 0.90
million the board has resolved to make a capital distribution of
US$0.015 per share, equivalent to approximately US$ 0.97 million,
to shareholders (the "Distribution").
It is intended that the Distribution will be paid on 26 July
2018 to shareholders recorded on the register at the close of
business on 20 July 2018. The shares will be marked ex on 19 July
2018.
