Enterprise Inns plc - Transaction in Own Shares
Enterprise Inns plc (the "Company") announces that on 28
November 2016, pursuant to the authority given to the Company by
its shareholders, and a share repurchase programme with Deutsche
Bank AG, London Branch, it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche
Bank AG, London Branch the following ordinary shares:

by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of
the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rules.
