CVS, the veterinary services group, announces that it was
notified on 3 December 2018 that on 3 December 2018, Richard
Fairman, Finance Director of the Company, purchased 1,450 ordinary
shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
As a result, Mr Fairman holds 1,450 Ordinary Shares,
representing less than 0.01 per cent of the total voting rights of
the Company. Mr Fairman's total interest in the Company, including
