The Clarkson Hill Group Plc (the `Company' or `CHG') 
 
                         Update: Temporary Suspension 
 
Further to the temporary suspension announcement made by the Company on 24 
November 2010, the board provide the following update: 
 
As a result of a variation in the Company's regulatory permissions, CHG will be 
unable to undertake any regulated activities from 5 pm on Friday 3 December 
2010. 
 
The Board is reviewing a number of options, including the sale of the Company, 
and is in continuing discussions with the FSA with the objective of resolving 
matters as soon as possible. 
 
The Company's shares will remain suspended, a further announcement will be made 
in due course.
