Grant of options

Chemring Group PLC ("Chemring" or "the Company") announces that on 27 July 2016 it granted, pursuant to The Chemring Group 2008 UK Sharesave Plan, options over 17,142 1p ordinary shares in the capital of the Company to Michael Flowers, a director of the Company. The options will be exercsiable in three years time at an exercise price of 105p per share.
