(the "Company")
Result of Extraordinary General Meeting
The Board of Bluefield Solar Income Fund Limited (the "Company")
is pleased to announce that, at the Extraordinary General Meeting
(the "EGM") of the Company held on 6 July 2020 at 10.00am, both of
the resolutions were duly passed. In accordance with Listing Rule
9.6.2 the special resolution passed at the EGM has been submitted
to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for
inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM .
The ordinary resolution related to the proposed changes to the
investment objective and investment policy as described in the
Circular to shareholders dated 19 June 2020 (the "Circular").
The special resolution related to the disapplication of
pre-emption rights.

less than 75% of the Company's gross assets will be invested into
