Change of Interest of Significant Shareholder

Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) ("Base Resources") advises that it has today received the following notification.  

Hunter Hall Investment Management Limited has notified the company that its interest in Base Resources’ total shares on issue has decreased from 4.5% to 3.6%.  This decrease consisted of the disposal of 7,000,000 ordinary shares on 1 June 2017 at an average price of approximately A$0.29 per ordinary share.  Following this disposal, Hunter Hall Investment Management Limited and associates have an interest in 26,433,866 Base Resources’ ordinary shares.
