Following the Company's announcement on 12 April 2018 that Nick Holmes, a PDMR, had exercised options over a total of 4,724 ordinary shares under the Company's existing Long Term Incentive Scheme ("LTIS"), the Company has received notice that Nick Holmes has sold a total of 2,362 ordinary shares in the Company in order to cover tax liabilities arising from the exercise of the LTIS awards.
