appointed as non-executive director with immediate effect.  Andrew Walker is

In the past five years Andrew has been a director or partner of the following 
companies: Leeds Financial Services Limited, Moorlands School Limited,  Pinsent 
Curtis and Watson Burton LLP. 
 
Andrew Walker does not hold any shares in the Company.
