    Publication of the total number of voting rights in accordance with German directive �26a WpHG, concerning the transparency of voting
rights. 

    BKN herewith announces that following its issue of equity on 17 July 2008 the total number of voting rights in the Company as per end of
July 2008 amounted to 20,130,290.
