Additional Allotment and New Issue including director/PDMR

Begbies Traynor Group plc announces that it has today applied to
the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange for an additional
listing of 193,995 fully paid up ordinary 5 pence shares in the
Group ("Ordinary Shares") to satisfy the exercise by staff of
certain options under the Group's Sharesave Plan.
Admission of these shares is expected to occur on 25 January
2022 following which the total number of shares in issue and total
voting rights will be 153,009,835. The Group does not hold any
shares in treasury and, therefore, the above figure may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they
will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in the Company.
The Company advises that included within this new allotment,
Nick Taylor, Group Finance Director at Begbies Traynor Group plc,
has exercised share options under the Group's Sharesave Plan
relating to 15,141 Ordinary Shares at a price of 59.44 pence.
