Result of General Meeting
Auto Trader Group plc announces that the following resolution
was approved at the Company's General Meeting on 29 September
2016.
The resolution was voted on by way of a poll and the result of
each resolution is shown below. The total number of shares on the
register at 6pm on 27 September 2016, being those eligible to be
voted on at the AGM, was 988,275,914 excluding treasury
shares).
