Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2016 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2017

Arrow Global announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 24 May 2017 at 2.00pm at the Midland Hotel, Peter Street, Manchester M60 2DS.

In connection with this, the following documents are being posted or made available to shareholders today:

   --    Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2016 ("Annual Report"); 
   --    Notice of  Annual General Meeting 2017 ("AGM Notice"); and 
   --    Proxy Form for the Annual General Meeting 2017.
