Management change

Atlantis, a global leader in the marine power sector, announces that Simon Counsell will stand down as Chief Finance Officer ("CFO") and his last day with the Company will be the 31(st) August 2017. The Company is pleased to announce that Andrew Dagley, current Head of Corporate Finance, will be appointed as CFO.

Simon has been with Atlantis since October 2015 and successfully led the finance team through the relocation from Singapore to Edinburgh. Simon is stepping down in order to pursue other business interests but will work to ensure an orderly hand over with Andrew.

Andrew has been with Atlantis since prior to the IPO in 2014 and has spent considerable time working closely with both Simon and his predecessor, Duncan Black. Andrew joined Atlantis from IFM Investors, one of the largest infrastructure investors in the world with approximately A$90 billion in funds under management.

Tim Cornelius, Chief Executive of Atlantis, said:

He worked on the IPO, the acquisition of Marine Current Turbines from Siemens AG and the financial close of MeyGen Phase 1A. He brings a wealth of experience in global renewable energy generation and we all look forward to working with him as we continue to build on Atlantis's successes."
